About Jade Waller

Jade joined the Copland Property Group as Brian’s Leasing Coordinator in 2015. In the first year of her role as Leasing Coordinator, Jade’s interest in real estate cultivated rapidly and she became a REALTOR in 2016. She has continued her role as Leasing Coordinator assisting Brian with his University of Texas rental listings as well as representing hundreds of leasing clients in the UT and Central Austin rental markets.

With over twenty years of customer service experience in various industries, Jade thrives on going above and beyond to help her clients reach their goals in many aspects of real estate including residential leasing and buying. In the last seven years as an agent, she has also developed an immense amount of knowledge about this industry from both Brian and Kathryn.

Although Jade is an expert in the Austin leasing market, she is excited to expand her business to include residential and multi-family sales. Her extensive knowledge of the Austin area and passion for client services sets her apart from the rest.

In addition to all things real estate, Jade is also an avid fan of live music festivals, traveling, cooking, podcasts, kickboxing and spending as much time as possible at the dog park with her rescue pup, Rust.
